Based on that philosophy, TEX´s team promotes internal and external social actions to support the evolution and development of our Brazil.
Interpersonal reflection trainings, human relationship and development of moral values are some of these internal actions with focus on human improvement of our team.
Moreover, it also develops external social activities:
1. Administrative and financial support to NGOs focused on human behavior improvement;
2. Commitment to children and teenager statute (Company Friend of Children title, from ABRINQ);
3. Participation in events dedicated to modern management, with focus on human development.
