The HNR was created in 1995 to produce components and systems for stoves, but since 1982, it takes care of to the market of domestic and commercial refrigeration with technology proceeding from the Italian group Refrex S/A.

In 2002, Group HNR and Refrex had initiated its joint activities with the fusing of these two companies. Today Group HNR and Refrex are leader in its segments, expanding for new businesses. It is possible to say that in each Brazilian home a product of the HNR/Refrex Group exists. The Group is today one of the leaders of market in the supply of components, systems and technology for the mounters of white line.
